It’s kitschy and hilarious. I wanted the new system to have it’s own branding and style and I always imagine Mutant Lagoon as a fun sketchy motel in a toxic paradise, so I am taking full advantage of those visuals for this effort.

The Standard Room only offers limited design services, primarily merch graphics, logos, etc. If you want things like illustration, presentations, style guides, etc, you will need to get the Executive Subscription at a minimum. Ask for more specific details.

Most merchandise projects will have major updates or be completed within 2-3 days. Final completion is also determined by how detailed the brief is as well as how many revisions clients may request.

NOPE! You can load up the que with as many designs as you can think of or need. You will prioritize them on the Monday.com board and we will completed them as they come up! NOTE however, only one project will be worked on at a time (unless you have a Luxury subscription).

That is the current design request or project that we are working on. A “Project” has limitations as to not bog down the queue. For example, a project may be 3 shirt designs or 1 deck presentation. Ultimatly I will let you know if a project needs to be divided up.

You will add a new line on the Monday.com board and fill it in with the information needed. If you prefer email, I will provide you with an email address you can cc on emails and it will automatically update the Monday.com board.

For an added fee I will manage the Monday board for you through emails and regular check-ins. This will be added communication on my half to ensure that the right restrictions are still applied but you will still have access to the Monday board either way.

You could, BUT by hiring us, you are gaining access to high level, seasoned, and quality designers for the same price as a junior to mid level designer. There are some limitations to protect us, however in the long term this system is proven to save you money and time, as well as skipping the expenses of bringing on a new hire.

Impossible! Just kidding, look it happens. Sometimes we read briefs differently and see a project in a different manner. The beauty of this system is we will keep plugging away at it until you are satisfied.

While this is NOT ideal, we understand it does happen. So to accommodate that we have added a service where you can add on a rush project OR same day project. The service will be added to your invoice at the end of the month.

This is a system that I am use to and something all my clients are use to as well. I also don’t want to have to deal with refunds or prorating after the fact, so it will be much easier to send out invoices at the end of the month based on the work that was done during that month.

We take all holidays off just as any other company would. And there will be times where we need to take a day or week off here and there as a company BUT we will let all clients know well in advance so that they can prepare. Also any extended days taken off will be taken off your monthly invoice.
